William "Bill" E. Allen, 91, passed away on December 17, 2025, at his home in Cedar Park, Texas. He was born on September 2, 1934, in Vernon, Texas, the oldest son of Everett and Audrey Allen.

Bill was a graduate of Hereford High School. He proudly served in the United States Air Force, where he distinguished himself as part of the Far East Championship team, considered Semi-Professional basketball during his time in the service. Following his military service, he married Barbara Santiago, completed his degree at Texas Tech University, and earned his license as a Certified Public Accountant. He returned to his hometown of Hereford to begin a long and respected career in public accounting. Bill and Barbara were both faithful members of the Northwest congregation through their last years on Earth.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara; his daughter, Brenda; his brother, Raymond; and his sisters, Wilma and Barbara. He is survived by his sons, Blake and Brent; his grandson, Trent; his granddaughter, Mia; his sisters, Pat and Jeanie; and his youngest brother, Danny Lynn.

A Celebration of Bill's Life will be held in Hereford on Tuesday, March 31st, with services at 12:00 noon located at Mendez & Mullins Family Funeral Home located on the corner of 105 Greenwood St. on the corner of Greenwood and West Park Ave. Bill and his late wife Barbara will be placed to rest at together at West Park Cemetery.
