Ruben Aleman Sr., 60, of Hereford, Texas passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, in Hereford, Texas Viewing will be held on Sunday, September 19, 2021 from 2:00- 8:00 P.M. with a Prayer Service beginning at 6:00 P.M. Arrangements and cremation services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas.

Ruben was born on December 20, 1960, in El Toboso Durango, Mexico to Salvador and Manuela (Amaya) Aleman.  Ruben moved to Hereford in 1999. Ruben liked to spend time with his family and grandchildren. He was a good cook and loved to cook corn on the grill outside. He enjoyed playing soccer and volleyball. Ruben liked to dance, and he knew how to dress well. Ruben was a loving man and adored by many especially his children and grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.

Those left to cherish his memories are his children, Ismael Aleman of Durango, Mexico, Victor Guzman, Rosario and her husband Emmanuel Galan, Thalia Ruiz, Ruben Aleman Jr., and Herman Aleman all of Hereford, Texas; a brother Salvador Aleman of Midland, Texas; sisters Guadalupe Aleman and Yolanda Aleman of Midland, Texas, Luz Maria Aleman, Lourdres Aleman, Teresa Aleman, and Gabriel Aleman all of Durango, Mexico; four grandchildren, Heaven Sanchez, Aliahnna Galan, Kayden Galan, and Kayson Guzman.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Jose Aleman, sisters Gracie Aleman, Fransisca Aleman, and Josephine Aleman.
