Ruben M. Flores, 84, of Clarendon formerly of Odessa, Texas passed away Sunday, October 8, 2017 in Amarillo. Cremation services are being handled by Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas. There are no scheduled funeral services at this time.
Ruben was born to Jose Angel and Petra (Munoz) Flores in Sanderson, Texas on October 6, 1933. He worked as carpenter for many years and loved his job. He also loved music, dancing and spending time with his family. He also loved to hunt big game. He married the love his life Marcelina Pena in Sanderson, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and his wife Marcelina, 4 brothers and 3 sisters
Survived by 1 daughter Angie
1 brother Gilde Flores Sr. and numerous nieces and nephews that loved him dearly.
