Rosie Garcia, 51, of Hereford passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2019 in Hereford. Cremation services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.

Rosie was born August 28, 1967 in Hereford, Texas to Francisco and Olga (Ortiz) Rodriguez. Rosie has been a resident of Hereford all her life. She was a mother and a homemaker. She enjoyed listening to music, she loved her pug dog Saki and her cats but more than anything she loved her family, spending time with her grandchildren. Her daughter, Victoria says her mother was full of joy and laughter, loving and very optimistic. She was full of life and there was never a dull moment being around her.

Those left to cherish her memories are her daughter, Victoria Rodriguez of Hereford, a brother Luis Fernandez and a sister Esmeralda Dodson and husband Shane all of Hereford; three brothers Joe Rodriguez of Fort Worth and Frank Rodriguez of Raymondsville and Marcos Rodriguez of Corpus Christi; two grandchildren Adelylah and Zachariah Perez both of Hereford.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her twin brother Raymundo Rodriguez.
