Robert "Bob" Beville Jr. passed peacefully from this life in the early morning hours of January 23rd, 2018 in the company of his family.  Bob was surrounded and supported by his loving family and lifelong friends during his gradually declining health.

Bob Beville will be laid to rest on Friday, January 26, 2018 at the First Baptist Church of Hereford at 2:00 PM with Pastor Chris Flickinger officiating burial will follow at West Park Cemetery in Hereford. Arrangements are being handled by Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00-7:00pm at the funeral home.

Bob is survived by his wife, Camille Goodger Beville, his four children Krista Michelle Skiles, Dr. R. Nelson Beville III, Catherine Marie & Jason Robert Foerster, and Lauren Elizabeth Beville. His grandchildren (who knew him as "Pops") Stewart, Lillie, Caitlyn, and Knox Skiles and Everhett Foerster. His sister Priscilla Lacey and her children Ann Lacey, Lori Betzen, and Eddie Lacey; and also his mother-in-law Betty Chaney and in-laws Brent and Kiki Goodger. He was predeceased by his parents Robert Nelson Beville and Marie Childers Beville.

Bob was born in Petersburg, Virginia on January 28, 1955. From there, he and his family moved all over the Southeast United States before settling with his mother and stepfather in Decatur, Texas… "Eighter from Decatur, County Seat of Wise!!". There he met his wife, best friend, and #1 woman Camille (the two recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary). The newlyweds migrated north where Bob completed his Master's Degree in Ruminant Nutrition before procuring his position at Hi-Pro Feeds in Friona, Texas. In 1985 Bob, Camille and their young family took a leap of faith when he began private cattle nutrition consulting. In this specialty he achieved abounding personal and professional success before partnering with Nutrition Services Associates. He was an industry expert in ruminant nutrition, consulting with the countries most successful cattle feeding operations and pharmaceutical companies, but his biggest accomplishment in life was the lives he touched with his tireless generosity and compassion for the people around him. Bob spent his free moments cooking and supporting the Hereford Whitefaces, cheering on his daughters and their volleyball teams all over the country, and throwing congratulatory end-of-year celebrations for his son's dental school class. His weekends were spent with Camille by his side watching grandkids and their countless activities and cultivating his loving, close friendships with his buddies in Hereford and the surrounding areas. Bob had an infectious energy that made everyone around him want to be and do better. In 2002 Bob was diagnosed with cancer that he fought successfully for 15 years. His will to live was a mere testament to the love he had for his family and close friends.
