Richard Lee Bice, 57 of Hereford, Texas, passed away on Sunday, March 2, 2025, in Hereford, Texas. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Father Grant Spinhirne officiating, burial will follow at St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery. Respectfully the family will have a private viewing. The Bice family has entrusted Funeral Services to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford.

Richard was born on August 15, 1967, to his parents Louis Richard Bice and Brenda Elliott in Amarillo, Texas. He was a long time Hereford resident, he graduated from Tulia High School and eventually moved to Hereford, where he started his family. Richard was employed at Deaf Smith Electric Coop for 16 years as an Electrical lineman. He loved to watch and coach his son Brady, in Baseball and enjoyed tending to his yard and welding in his spare time.

Those left to carry on his legacy is his son, Brady Bice of Hereford, Texas, his mother, Brenda Elliott of Hereford, Texas.

Those preceding him in passing are his father, Louis Richard Bice; his brother, Leslie Bice.
