Polly Beltran, 49, a lifelong resident of Hereford, Texas passed away, Sunday, April 4, 2021 in Amarillo, Texas. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Celebrant Nick Gerber officiating. Burial to follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery. Arrangements and services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas. Condolescenes may be received from family and friends on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at the funeral home from 4-8 PM with rosary beginning at 6:00 PM. A mask is still required to attend the funeral service at the church.

Polly was born December 30, 1971 in Tulia, Texas to Dimas and Marcela (Cano) Beltran. Polly has been a resident of Hereford all her life. She attended Hereford High School. She married Carlos Munoz on March 9, 2005. Polly was currently employed at High Plains Senior Care in Amarillo as a CNA, and has been there for 2-3 years. She also had worked at Interim Hospice and BSA. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Polly enjoyed making tumblers, watching TV shows, going to the casinos, taking care of her patients and those she loved, but most of all her favorite passtime was her grandson, Ethan. She loved spending time with Ethan and her family.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Carlos Munoz, her two sons, Matthew Cervantez and Enrique Merino, Jr. all of Hereford, Texas, her father, Dimas Beltran of Hereford, Texas; five brothers, David Villarreal and his wife Martha Rubio of Amarillo, Texas, Joe Frank Beltran and his wife Ruby of Edinburg, Texas, Dimas Beltran, Jr. of Ft. Worth, Texas, Juan Jose Beltran of Edinburg, Texas, Michael Dimas Beltran, Sr. of Beeville, Texas and a sister, Patricia Arredondo and her husband Trinidad of Amarillo, Texas; and a grandson, Ethan Merino.

Polly will be joining her grandparents, her mother, Marcela Cano, two sons, Juan and Margarito Moreno, a sister, Anna Maria Beltran, an aunt Gloria Cano and her uncle Sony Cano in heaven.
