Noelia Ulibarri, 71, of Canyon, Texas, formerly of Hereford, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, in Amarillo, Texas. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 2:00 PM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Celebrant Ramon Molina officiating. Burial to follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery. Arrangements and services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas. Viewing will be on Monday, February 28, 2022, from 4:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Noelia was born November 8, 1950, in Devine, Texas, to Leo and Jesusita (Fuentes) Castillo. Noelia has been a resident of Hereford, Texas, since 1971. She married the love of her life Raymond Ulibarri on June 16, 1972. Raymond passed away on November 6, 2012, being married to each other for 40 years. Noelia took pride in caring for her husband and raising her children. She loved to dance to Tejano music, playing the lottery, being a part of many football pots and most of all spending time with her family and friends. She will be dearly missed by her family.

Those left to cherish her memories are her children Valerie Lopez and her husband Mike of Hereford, Texas, and Lori Ulibarri of Canyon, Texas; her siblings Janie Arrendondo and her husband Albert of Longview, Texas, Diana Ramos and her husband Romero of Fritch, Texas, Leo Castillo and his wife Diane of Houston, Texas, Joe Castillo and his wife Eva of Mesquite, Texas, Wally Castillo and his wife Mary of Hereford, Texas, Bobby Castillo, Rudy Castillo and his wife Terri and Roy Castillo all of Amarillo, Texas; 3 grandchildren Andrew and Seth Lopez and Emily Koon.

Noelia is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Raymond Ulibarri, 2 sisters Mary Howard and Vicki Comacho, and a brother Raymond Castillo.
