Melva nació el 26 de septiembre de 1978 en Hereford, Texas, hija de Antonio C. y Emilia (Badillo) Valle. Se graduó de la clase del 97 de Hereford High School. Conoció y se casó con el amor de su vida, José Luis Medrano, el 20 de marzo de 2014, y juntos tuvieron una vida maravillosa y una hermosa familia. Melva trabajó para Verizon en Hereford durante muchos años. Melva Medrano, 46, a lifelong resident of Hereford, Texas, passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2025, in Amarillo. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 1, 2025, at 2:00 PM at San Jose Catholic Church with Deacon Paul Herrera officiating. Arrangements and cremation services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home. Viewing will be held on Thursday, July31, 2025, from 4:00-8:00 PM with rosary at 6:00 PM.

Melva was born on September 26, 1978, in Hereford, Texas, to Antonio C. and Emilia (Badillo) Valle. She graduated from Hereford High School Class of '97. She met and married the love of her life, Jose Luis Medrano, on March 20, 2014, and together they had a wonderful life and a beautiful family. Melva worked for Verizon in Hereford for many years. Her many pleasures in life were cooking, especially all her families favorites, dancing, shopping, listening to music, taking care of her dogs, cats and birds, watching soccer with her children, America was her favorite team; her favorite color was red and she was a Dallas Cowboy Fan; but above all these her passion and love in life was her family, she prayed for all of them daily; her husband, her daughters, her sons and her siblings. Melva's presence, beautiful smile and laughter will be missed by everyone who loves her.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband, Luis Medrano of Hereford, Texas, her children, Nayeli Abigail Medrano, Areli Celeste Medrano, and Yazmin Sarahi Medrano all of Hereford, Texas, Lailah Gabrielle Joslin of Lubbock, Texas, Marcos Iziah Valle of Amarillo, Texas, and her stepson, Luis Medrano, Jr., of Fort Stockton, California; her siblings, Marivel Ochoa and her husband Gustavo, Angel Valle and his wife Brinda and Antonio Valle, Jr. and his wife Alicia all of Hereford, Texas; and Alejandro Valle of Amarillo, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Melva is joining her family in heaven, her parents, her sister, Maria Valle Garcia, and her brothers, Adam Valle and Adrian Valle, her brother-in-law, Jerry Garcia and her sister-in-law, Modesta Martinez
