Mary Aguillon Garza 80, of Hereford, Texas, passed away on Monday, October 7, 2024, in Hereford, Texas, surrounded by her loving family. Celebration of Life Funeral Services will be on Friday, October 11, 2024, at Victory Family Worship Center at 3:00 PM with Pastor Lorenzo Martinez officiating. Burial to follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery. Arrangements and services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas. Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 10,2024, form 4:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Mary was born October 12, 1943, in Nuevo Leon, Mexico, to Alejandro Pena Aguillon and Esther (Mendez) Aguillon. Mary met and married the love of her life, Domingo Garza, on October 20, 1967, in Rio Grande, Texas. Mary obtained her cosmetology license at the LaPlata School of Hair in the late 60's. She took much pride and joy in raising her children and caring for her husband. Mary owned and operated "Classic Corner" for many years. She enjoyed playing Bingo, going to the casinos, cooking, watching football, Dallas Cowboy's were her favorite, baseball, her morning coffee and ringing her cowbell and cheering and yelling at the Herd football games. She attended San Jose Catholic Church and Victory Family Worship Center. Mary had many hobbies and interests, but her true love in life was being with her family and friends. Mary's presence and beautiful smile will be missed by all those who loved her deeply.

Those left to cherish and remember her many memories are her children, Johnny Garza and his wife Griselda of Hereford, Michelle Garza and her companion Jorge Palacios of Hereford, Pamela Garza and her husband Jason Vigil of Amarillo, Destiny Garza and her partner Bell Marie Rosado Martinez of Amarillo, and  Joshia Garza of Hereford; her siblings, Joventino Aguillon and his wife Griselda "Chata" of Rocksprings, Texas, Lupe Bermudez and her husband Ubaldo of Hereford, Sylvia Aguillon and her partner Bre Cortinas of San Antonio, Alvaro Aguillon of Hereford, and Janie Serna and her husband Hugo of Fort Worth, Texas; 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Mary is joining her parents, her husband, Domingo Garza, her siblings, Fidencio, Angel, Carlos and Jessie Aguillon in heaven.
