Luanne "Oma" Knoth, 67, of Hereford, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, in Hereford. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the First Methodist Church of Hereford at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, with Pastor Braden Ryan and Rocky Andrews officiating. Arrangements and Cremation Services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford.

Luanne was born on March 13, 1958, in Hereford, Texas to Henry and Loretta (Morris) Kindsfather. She was a 1976 Hereford High School Graduate. Luanne worked for Plains New Holland for the last forty years and was serving as their parts manager. Luanne loved her customers and always enjoyed visiting them; she knew each of their families, even their birthdays. Luanne was a hard worker, but she loved most the time spent with her family and friends. She frequently shopped at garage sales, estate sales, and on Facebook Marketplace, always looking for items to gift to family. She enjoyed watching and traveling to her grandchildren's sporting events and enjoyed bringing them a snack or treat at any time of the day. Luanne loved to watch Friends reruns on TV and would often throw a quote from the show into everyday conversation.  She also loved plants, gardening, and going to greenhouses.

Luanne loved people, she was generous and kind.

Those left to cherish her memories are her children, Ashley Vazquez of Hereford, Texas, Blake Carter and wife Kelly of Amarillo, Texas, Michael Carter of Dalhart, Texas, and Jennifer Przilas of Dalhart, Texas; seven grandchildren, Ayden Vazquez, Aybree Vazquez, Jackson Townsend, Braylee Townsend, Eden Carter, Dakota Carter, and Taylor Przilas; brother Chris Hutcherson and wife Dottie of Bluffdale Utah; sisters, Celia Thompson of Denton, Texas, and Lee Wedgeworth and husband John of Cypress, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of loving friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Loretta Kindsfather, and brother David Hutcherson.
