Lino L. Alfaro, 67, of Hereford passed away Monday, May 29, 2017 in Hereford. Services will be at a later date in Asherton, Texas.

Lino was born June 1, 1949 in Asherton, Texas to Jose and Magdalena (Luevano) Alfaro. He has been a resident of Hereford for eight years. He was a farm laborer. Lino enjoyed traveling, hunting, fishing and playing cards and dominoes. He helped raise his nephew and niece, Michael and Mia.

He is survived by his 2 brothers, Mateo Alfaro and his wife Eva of Asherton and Enrique Alfaro and his wife Linda of Eagle Pass and one sister, Guadalupe Gomez of Greeley, CO. and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Juan and Alejandro Alfaro.
