Leticia "Letty" Juarez, 56, of Hereford, Texas, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021, in Laredo, Texas. A Celebration of Life Service will be on Monday, August 30, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. at the Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jesse Perez officiating. Burial to follow at St. Anthony's Catholic Cemetery in Hereford. Arrangements and services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, August 29, 2021, from 3:00-8:00 P.M. with a prayer service beginning at 6:00 P.M.

Letty was born on December 29, 1964, in Tulia, Texas to Raymundo and Maria A. (Chavez) Tabares.  Letty has been a long time resident of Hereford, graduating from Hereford High School in 1984. She married Catarino "Cato" Juarez in 1994. Letty was a homemaker and proudly took care of her home and family. She was an awesome cook with her specialties being Flautas and Fideo and her home was very clean, spotless. She enjoyed decorating, coloring, crocheting, and knitting. Her favorite colors were peach and rose gold. Letty was an amazing daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend who will be dearly missed.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband Cato of Hereford, Texas; daughter Cristal Murillo and husband Jesus of Amarillo, Texas; son Marcos Juarez of Hereford, Texas; grandchildren, Lexie Rosas, Carlitos Rosas, and Judah Murillo of Amarillo, Texas; mother Maria A. Tabares of Hereford, Texas; siblings, Mary Sanchez and husband Joe of Hereford, Texas, Raymundo Tabares Jr. and wife Sara of Amarillo, Texas, Jose Tabares and wife Blanca of Colorado, Angelica Albidres and husband Michael, Francisco Tabares and wife Sonya, and Uly Tabares and wife Bobbi all of Hereford, Texas; nieces and nephews, Chris Sanchez, Shalom Sanchez, Vanessa Kiskaden, Nick Sanchez, Frankie Sanchez, Junior Chagoya, Crystal Chagoya, Frankie Tabares, Sam Tabares, Alex Cano, Allen Cano, Jordan Cano, Vincent Tabares, Simfanie Tabares, Cash Tabares, and Finn Tabares.

Letty is preceded in death by her dad Raymundo Tabares, Sr. who passed away in 2006.
