B. Kyle Lytal, 61, passed away on February 12, 2026, in Fort Worth, TX.

Kyle was born on May 7, 1964, to Billy and Sammie Lytal and was raised in Hereford, Texas. Growing up there, he formed the strong values of family, friendship, and community that would remain with him throughout his life.

Kyle shared 36 loving years of marriage with his wife, Michelle. Together they built a life full of memories, laughter, and devotion to their family. He was a proud and loving father to Ruarik & Miranda, and an incredibly proud grandfather. His grandchildren brought him endless joy, and he treasured every moment spent with them.

He is survived by his wife, Michelle; his children, Ruarik (Tina) Schaffert and Miranda (Riley) Andersen; his grandchildren, Logan, Leah, Spencer & Ella; his mother, Sammie Lytal; and his sister, Kristi (Robert) Jones along with many brothers-in laws, sister in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Lytal.

Kyle had a deep love for live music and enjoyed the energy, connection, and memories it created with those around him. He also quietly gave back to others through regular blood donations—an act of kindness that reflected the generous and caring person he was.

Those who knew Kyle will remember his love for his family, his kind heart, and the way he found joy in life's simple moments. His presence will be deeply missed, but the love and memories he shared will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.

A memorial service to celebrate Kyle's life will be held on Saturday, April 11 at 10:30 a.m. at Central Church of Christ, Hereford, TX. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor his memory and the life he shared with so many.

Kyle's legacy lives on through his family, the love he gave, and the lives he touched along the way.
