Karen Shore, 64, of Hereford, Texas passed away on December 10, 2020 in Canyon, Texas. Arrangements and cremation services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, TX. A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 11:00 AM with Sheryl Brown officiating at Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home Chapel.

Karen was born on March 28, 1956 in Hereford, Texas to Bill and Marylou (Griffitt) Shore. Karen has been a lifelong resident of Hereford, graduating from Hereford High School in 1974. She attended Temple Baptist Church with her parents and joined them in many of their other activities. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and needle point. Karen never met a stranger and once she knew you, she never forgot you and could always call you by name. She was quite a social bug and knew everyone's gossip. Karen was a big part of her niece T.J. Brown's life and her great nieces, always wanting to be with them. Miley was the "diamond in her eye", she loved them all, but Miley was her favorite. Karen had a great sense of humor and she continually kept her family laughing. She will be dearly missed.

Those left to cherish her memories are niece T.J. Brown and husband Wes of Canyon, TX; three great nieces, Maddy, Neully, and Miley Brown all of Canyon, Texas; brother Ken Shore of Dumas, TX; and step nieces and nephews, Matt Allison and Jennifer of Dumas, TX and B.J. Allison and Adrian of Arkansas.

Karen has joined her parents, brother Keith Shore, and grandparents in heaven.
