Jorge Caraballa Robles, de 76 años, de Hereford, Texas, falleció el miércoles 26 de julio de 2023 en Hereford rodeado de su amada familia. La Misa de Entierro Cristiano será el sábado 29 de julio de 2023 a las 11:30 a.m. en la Iglesia Católica de San José con el Padre Ramón Molina oficiando. El entierro seguirá en el cementerio West Park en Hereford bajo la dirección de Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home. El velorio será el viernes 28 de julio de 2023, de 1:00 a 8:00 p.m. en la funeraria con un rosario que comenzará a las 6:00 p.m.

Jorge nació el 27 de mayo de 1947 en El Molino, Camargo, México, hijo de Manuel y Micaela (Robles) Caraballa. Se casó con María Luz Caraballa el 14 de febrero de 1969 en El Molino, Namiquipa, Chihuahua. Ha sido residente de Hereford desde el año 2000. Jorge era miembro de la Iglesia Católica de San José; Amaba su religión y era un fiel católico. A Jorge le gustaba cortar el césped, ver películas antiguas en español, visitar a su familia en México y pasar tiempo con su familia, especialmente con los nietos. Jorge fue un excelente esposo, padre, abuelo y bisabuelo. Era muy paciente y trabajador.

A Jorge le sobreviven su esposa María Luz Caraballa de Hereford, Texas; hijos, Jesús Carballo y su esposa Frances de Hereford, Texas, Rosa Carballa y su esposo Sergio Pérez de Hereford, Texas, Jorge Carballa Jr. y su esposa Margarita de Hereford, Texas, y Francisco Carballa y su esposa María De La Rosa de Colebridge, Nebraska; nietos, Manuel Carballo, Alexis Carballo, Jesse Carballo, Melanie Carballo, Estefany Rodriguez, Sergio Perez, Jr., Cristian Carballa, Miranda Carballa, Bryen Carballa, Jordyen Carballa, Jonaton De La Rosa, Jarecsy Medina, Juan Vega, Leonardo Vega, Llaria Vega, y Angel Vega; bisnietos, Adalee Carballo, Avarie Carballo, Adriel Carballo, Ever Rodriguez, Eden Rodriguez, Sebastian Carballa, Ivanie Medina, Alexander Medina, Marival Vega, Nathalia Vega, y Rubén Vega; hermanos, Guadalupe Carballa de Nuevo México, Armando Carballa, Bertha Carballa y Emma Caraballa, todos de México.

Jorge es precedido en la muerte por sus padres, su hermano David Caraballo, dos sobrinas y un sobrino.

Jorge Caraballa Robles, 76, of Hereford, Texas passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, in Hereford surrounded by his loving family. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at 11:30 A.M. at San Jose Catholic Church with Father Ramon Molina officiating. Burial will follow at West Park Cemetery in Hereford under the direction of Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home. Viewing will be on Friday, July 28, 2023, from 1:00 – 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home with a rosary beginning at 6:00 P.M.

Jorge was born on May 27, 1947, in El Molino, Camargo, Mexico to Manuel and Micaela (Robles) Caraballa. He married María Luz Caraballa on February 14, 1969, in El Molino, Namiquipa, Chihuahua. He has been a resident of Hereford since 2000. Jorge was a member of San Jose Catholic Church; he loved his religion and was a faithful catholic. Jorge enjoyed mowing his yard, watching old spanish movies, visiting family in Mexico, and spending time with his family especially the grandchildren. Jorge was an excellent husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was very patient and hardworking.

Jorge is survived by his wife Maria Luz Caraballa of Hereford, Texas; children, Jesus Carballo and wife Frances of Hereford, Texas, Rosa Carballa and husband Sergio Perez of Hereford, Texas, Jorge Carballa Jr. and wife Margarita of Hereford, Texas, and Francisco Carballa and wife Maria De La Rosa of Colebridge, Nebraska; grandchildren, Manuel Carballo, Alexis Carballo, Jesse Carballo, Melanie Carballo, Estefany Rodriguez, Sergio Perez, Jr., Cristian Carballa, Miranda Carballa, Bryen Carballa, Jordyen Carballa, Jonaton De La Rosa, Jarecsy Medina, Juan Vega, Leonardo Vega, Llaria Vega, and Angel Vega; great – grandchildren, Adalee Carballo, Avarie Carballo, Adriel Carballo, Ever Rodriguez, Eden Rodriguez, Sebastian Carballa,Ivanie Medina, Alexander Medina, Marival Vega, Nathalia Vega, and Ruben Vega; siblings, Guadalupe Carballa of New Mexico, Armando Carballa, Bertha Carballa, and Emma Caraballa all of Mexico.

Jorge is preceded in death by his parents, brother David Caraballo, two nieces, and one nephew.
