Jimmy Joe Valdez, 77, of Hereford, Texas passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021, in Hereford surrounded by his loving family. Arrangements and cremation services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas.

Jimmy was born on March 4, 1944, in Pagosa Springs, Colorado to Pres Jose and Della (Griego) Valdez. He has been a resident of Hereford for thirty-six years and worked as a cowboy for many Feedyards and Ranches.
