James Douglas Johnson, 65, of Brush Colorado, passed away on Monday, August 2, 2021, in Hereford, Texas. Cremation services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas.

James was born on March 8, 1956, in Alliance, Nebraska to Harold Lee and Helen Catherine (Turner) Johnson. James worked as a supervisor for Schmeeckle Construction from 1976 till retirement. He was a hardworking man who enjoyed building cars for pleasure and loved listening to rock and roll music.

His brother Steve Johnson of Denver, Colorado is left to cherish his memory.

James is preceded in death by his parent.
