Harold Jack Morton, 85, of McKinney, TX. Passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2019 in McKinney, TX. Visitation will be held at 1:00 -1:30 PM, Friday, February 15, 2019 at West Park Cemetery of Hereford with a committal service following at 1:30PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 PM at the Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford.

Harold was born June 9, 1933 in Bluit, New Mexico to John Grady and Sarah Belle (Williams) Morton. Harold worked in farm and ranch real estate. He loved animals and fixing anything from cars to lawn mowers. He also loved building anything he could get his hands on. Harold enjoyed woodworking, playing cards, pool and a good cup of coffee. He always had a smile, laugh and a funny quip. Harold gave his life to Christ on December 15, 1999.

Harold is survived by two sons, Monty Morton and his wife, Linda of Albuquerque, NM and David Morton and his wife Beá of Saint-Florentin, France; two daughters, Melinda Windsor and her husband, David of McKinney, TX. And Jennifer Morton of Irving, TX; three grandchildren; three sisters, Gay Taylor of Rhea, TX. Joan Culp of Hereford, TX, and Joy Morton of Friona, TX.

Harold is preceded in death by his parents John and Sarah Morton; a brother, Wendell Morton; sisters, Patsy Widner and Jean Bryant.
