Hailey Elizabeth Nunez, 17, of Hereford, Texas passed away Thursday, March 12, 2020. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 10:00 AM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Celebrant Tony Neusch. Arrangements and cremation services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas. Viewing will begin on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 3:00 PM-8:00 PM at the funeral home with rosary at 6:00 PM.

Hailey was born September 15, 2002 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Hailey was raised in Hereford and attended Hereford Schools. She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Hailey enjoyed doing make-up and fixing hair, while in school she enjoyed basketball and wrestling. She loved animals, her pug, Buster; lambs and horses and she liked 4-wheeling.

Those left to cherish her memory are her parents Araon and Marisa Nunez of Hereford and her family Micaela, Trysta, Brandon, Jordan, Victoria, Araon Christopher, Tricia, Sarah and Amanda, her godparents Mark and Janie Banner and several uncles, aunts and cousins.
Hailey is preceded in death by her furry, forever pug friend, Buster and her pet forever friend lamb Lily.
