Gloria Arzola Barrientez, 60, a lifelong resident of Hereford, Texas passed away on Monday, November 14, 2022, in Hereford, Texas surrounded by her loving children and family. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Monday, November 21, 2022, at 5:00 P.M. at the funeral home.  Arrangements and cremation services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas.

Gloria was born on January 18, 1962, in Hereford, Texas to Pedro "Pete" Arzola and Ninfa (Torres) Pacheco.  Gloria was always the light of every room and she loved everyone, especially her family and friends. Gloria also loved to dance, listen to music, and fish. She adored her grandchildren, they were "her love, her life, her world." Gloria was everyone's favorite Tia, a safe place for everyone. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, who was deeply and truly loved and will be forever missed.

Those left to cherish her memories are husband Larry Salinas of Hereford, Texas; her children, Julian Barrientez, Jennifer Barrientez, Jeneva Barrientez and her boyfriend Lorenzo Maldonado, and Joshua Barrientez II and his girlfriend Britni Esqueda all of Hereford, Texas; seven grandchildren, Julian Anthony Barrientez, JayBri Nevaeh Barrientez, Jaeven Ruben Delgadillo, Jordan Carter Barrientez, JuliAnn Amara Barrientez, Jayla Rose Barrientez, and Jaezlei Pauline Maldonado all of Hereford, Texas; her Savanita of Hereford, Texas, three sisters, Yolanda Diaz, Dora Rodriguez, and Rosemary Guerra all of Hereford, Texas; brother Pete Arzola of Arizona;; and many nephews and nieces.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Pete Arzola and Ninfa Pacheco.
