Felix "Chano" Quiroz, 94, a longtime resident of Hereford, Texas, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at his home in Hereford. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery. Arrangements and services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas. Viewing will be on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, from 3:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Felix was born on April 21, 1930, in Sonora, Texas, to Jesus and Victoria Quiroz. Felix has been a resident of Hereford, Texas, for more than 50 years. He met and married the love of his life Eulalia, in the 1950's, and together they built a beautiful life and family together. Felix was a farm laborer but later went to work with the Water Industry and for Wall and Sons for many years. He enjoyed family gatherings, cooking out, Bar-B Que's and spending quality time with family and friends during the holidays. Felix's love for his family, his presence and his laughter will be missed by all that loved him.

Those left to cherish his memories are his children, Jessie Quiroz, Nina Quiroz and her partner, Maria Zapata, Johnny Quiroz and his wife Diana all of Hereford, TX., Mary Villarreal of Dumas, TX., Edward Villarreal and his wife Roxann of Hereford, TX., Petra Villalovos and her husband Guadalupe of Amarillo, TX., Carmen Babbillo and her husband Thomas of Lubbock, TX., Patricio Villarreal, Benny Villarreal and his wife Hortencia, Daniel Villarreal and Sylvia Mejia all of Hereford, TX., numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren, and 1 sister-in-law, Maria Quiroz.

Felix is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Eulalia Quiroz, 2 children and 5 siblings.
