Donald John Schumacher, 60, of Lubbock, Texas, passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2023, in Lubbock, Texas.

Donald was born on November 20, 1962, in Hereford, Texas, to Herman and Dorothy (Darilek) Schumacher. Donald lived in Lubbock at the Lubbock State Supported Living Center. He was a huge game show fan and especially enjoyed watching The Price is Right. Donald was always busy doing something and had many friends at the state school. Donald came into this world as a child and left this world into the Lord's hands as a child.

Those left to cherish his memories are siblings, Michael Schumacher and his wife Amy of Amarillo, Texas, Debra Schumacher of Amarillo, Texas, Carolyn Schumacher of Canyon, Texas, Robert Schumacher and his wife Gina of Colleyville, Texas, James Schumacher of Lubbock, Texas, and Diane Adams and her husband Charley of Amarillo, Texas, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Donald has joined his parents, Herman and Dorothy Schumacher and brother Lawrence Andrew Schumacher.

Arrangements and Cremation Services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford.
