Diego Saul San Miguel, 20, a lifelong resident of Hereford, Texas passed away, Sunday, May 9, 2021 in Hereford, Texas. Memorial services which are being planned by his mother will be Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Paul Herrera officiating. Arrangements and cremation services have been entusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas. A Memorial service that will be planned by his father will be held on Monday, May 24, 2021 at 3:00 PM at the Hereford Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Ted Taylor officiating.

Diego was born September 22, 2000 to Jessica Gonzales in Hereford, Texas. Diego has been a lifelong resident of Hereford and attended Hereford schools. He enjoyed hanging out with his family and friends and playing video games. Diego was a very loving, kind and wonderful daddy, son, grandson, brother, nephew and cousin. He will be dearly missed by those who loved him and those he loved.

Those left to cherish his memories are his mother Jessica Leon and her husband Roger of Guymon, Oklahoma, his father Joey Cuellar of Hereford, TX., his son, Richard Saul San Miguel of Hereford, TX., his three brothers Caleb Carrillo of Hereford, TX., Zackary Zapata of Lubbock, TX., and Alex Cuellar of Dallas, TX., two sisters Lyric Marquez of Hereford, TX., and Breana Rule and her husband Josh of Amarillo, TX., his maternal grandmother Kaylynn Garcia of Dimmitt, TX., and his maternal grandfather Ruben San Miguel and his wife Cecilia of Canyon, TX., his maternal great grandmother Patsy Lopez and her husband Pablo of Tucumcari, NM., his paternal grandmother Eliva Marquez of Hereford, TX. his aunt Erica Gonzales and her husband Marcos Estrada of Hereford, TX., his cousins Erik Guzman, Nevaeh Gonzales and Marius Estrada.

Diego is joining his maternal great grandfather Carlos Gonzales, his maternal grandfather Richard Gonzales, his paternal grandfather Joe Cuellar, his cousin Luvia Estrada and his best friend Andrea in heaven.
