Darlene Stovall, 57, of Hereford, Texas, passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021, in Hereford. A visitation will be held on Monday, August 9, 2021, from 10:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M at Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home. Family to have a private graveside service. Arrangements and services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas.

Darlene was born on October 18, 1963, in Hereford, Texas to Calvin Lee and Viola Mae (Holmes) Stovall. She graduated from Hereford High School and attended Amarillo College where she received her associates degree. Darlene also attended cosmetology school and received her cosmetology license. She worked many years for Hereford Regional Medical Center and High Plains Health Care as a laboratory technician. Darlene loved to take care of people and was the caregiver for her parents before their passing. She enjoyed crafting, sewing, and quilting and time spent with her dog Raven.

She is survived by two brothers, one sister, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Darlene has joined her parents and brother Glen Stovall in heaven.
