Darlene Bravo, 44, a lifelong resident of Hereford, Texas passed away on Sunday, January 9, 2022, in Lubbock, Texas. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday, January 13, 2022, at 2:00 PM at San Jose Catholic Church with Celebrant Ramon Molina officiating. Burial to follow at West Park Cemetery. Arrangements and services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas. Viewing will be on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, from 3:00-8:00 PM, rosary at 6:00PM at the funeral home.

Darlene was born February 2, 1977, in Hereford, Texas, to Roger and Mary (Barela) Rocha. Darlene is a lifelong resident of Hereford, Texas, graduating from Hereford High School in 1995. She married the love of her life Jorge "George" Bravo on June 10, 2000, in Hereford. Darlene was employed at First Financial Bank for the last two years of her life. She had been previously employed with Deaf Smith County Clerk's office, Edward Jones, and RR Trucking. Darlene loved pulling good pranks on her family and friends and will be remembered as the jokester, the great cook, especially her famous enchilada casserole and lasagna, and the favorite "Tia" amongst her nieces and nephews. To have known Darlene was to love her and her unique laugh and her beautiful contagious smile. Darlene loved to ride motorcycles with her husband and attending her children's and nieces and nephew's activities. She was a wonderful, faithful wife and awesome mother, who loved her husband and children unconditionally and enjoyed and cherished family time and gatherings.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband Jorge "George" Bravo of Hereford, Texas; her son Derek Bravo and her daughter Zoiee Bravo both of Hereford, Texas; her parents Roger Rocha and Mary Rocha both of Hereford, Texas; her siblings Roger Rocha, Jr. and his wife Desiree, Ryan Rocha and Brandon Rocha all of Hereford, Texas; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of wonderful friends.
