Daniel "Danny Boy" Garcia Rangel, 46, of Hereford, Texas passed away on Friday, October 11, 2019 in Hereford, Texas. Rosary will be on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 6:00 PM at Mendez & Mullins Family Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements and services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas. Viewing will begin Sunday at 10:00 AM-8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Daniel was born on April 19, 1973 in Piedras Negras, Mexico to Reyes Garcia and Irene Rangel. Daniel has been a resident of Hereford for 11 years. Daniel was a great father and husband to his wife and children, he enjoyed spending time with them and playing soccer with his girls. Daniel also enjoyed good times with friends and family. He enjoyed watching American and Mexican football and soccer.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife Amparo (Rocha) Garcia of Hereford, Texas; his children, Adalis Barrientes Garcia, Daniela Garcia both of Hereford, Texas; Raymond Garcia, Jacky Garcia, and Evelyn Garcia all of Eagle Pass, Texas; his parents Reyes Garcia of Piedras Negras, Mexico and Irene Rangel of Eagle Pass, Texas; two sisters Norma Cecilia Garcia Rangel of Piedras Negras, Mexico and Sylvia Lorena Garcia Rangel of San Antonio, Texas; three brothers Jose Ruben Rangel of San Antonio, Texas, Francisco Ortiz Rangel of Bryan, Texas and Juan Alberto Garcia Rangel of Piedras Negra, Mexico.

Daniel is preceded in death by his brother Reyes Garcia Rangel.
