Conrada "Ruby" Dominguez, 96, of Hereford, Texas passed away peacefully at home on Monday, June 26, 2023. A Graveside Service will be on Friday, June 30, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. at Memorial Park Cemetery in Amarillo with Don Willingham officiating. Services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford. The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 29, 2023, from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Conrada was born on September 21, 1926, to Daniel Oltivero and Benita Garza in Raymondville, Texas. She married Enrique Dominguez in 1942 and they resided in Dimmit, Texas until 1995 after her husband's passing. She then became a Hereford resident when her daughter became her caretaker in 1996. She operated as a truck driver in her younger years and she always enjoyed cooking. Conrada loved to work in her yard and loved to sew and  quilt. She was a very talented singer in her earlier years, and she loved music, especially Vicente Fernandez. Conrada will be missed by all her family and friends.

Conrada is preceded in death by her parents, Daniel Oltivero and Benita Garza; her husband, Enrique Dominguez, Sr.; two sons, Erasmo Dominguez and Bentura Dominguez; her daughter, Corina Dominguez; her siblings, Juan Oltivero, Daniel Oltivero, Emilia Gutierrez, Felipa Bermea, Benina Castro, Genobeba Oltivero; her nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Those left to cherish her memories are her children, Elida "Ellie" Frye of Hereford, Texas; her son Enrique Dominguez of Hereford, Texas; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren
