Christopher Cameron Cox, 36, of Hereford, Texas, passed away on Friday, January 6, 2023, in Hereford. A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Hereford, with Father Grant Spinhirne officiating. Arrangements and cremation services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas.

Christopher was born on July 8, 1986, in Amarillo, Texas, to Clayton Cox and Jane (Claudio) Cox. Christopher attended school in San Antonio and was involved in ROTC. He went on to further his education at Amarillo College. He enjoyed gardening and organic gardening, growing all types of fruits and vegetables. He was very good with technology, especially computers, and enjoyed all kinds of music. He was extremely patriotic and loved the United States, but Christopher's greatest love was for his family.

Those left to cherish his memories are his parents, Clayton Cox of Amarillo, Texas, and Jane Cox of Hereford, Texas; four specially chosen children, Hemmy, Ethan, Jandie, and Allen Lee, all of Colorado; siblings, Ryan James Cox, Ian Cox and his wife Skylar, Katie Cox, Draven Cox and his wife Saku, Tesa Cox, and Lahl Cox all of Amarillo, Texas; paternal grandparents David and Beverly Robinson of Amarillo, Texas; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Refugio and Manuela Claudio, and paternal Grandfather Charles Cox.
