Celia Moreno Torres, de 67 años, de Hereford, Texas, falleció el sábado 13 de julio de 2024 en Hereford, Texas, rodeada de su amada familia. La Misa de Entierro Cristiano será el miércoles 17 de julio de 2024 a las 2:00 p.m. en la Iglesia Católica San José con el celebrante Ramón Molina oficiando. El entierro se llevará a cabo en el cementerio de West Park. Los arreglos y servicios han sido confiados a la Funeraria de la Familia Méndez y Mullins de Hereford, Texas. El velatorio se llevará a cabo el martes 16 de julio de 2024, de 2:00 a 8:00 p.m., con rosario a las 6:00 p.m. en la funeraria.

Celia nació el 21 de enero de 1957 en México, hija de José Torres y María de Jesús (Pezano).  Celia ha sido residente de Hereford, Texas, desde 1994. Era ama de casa y se enorgullecía de criar a sus hijos y cuidar de su esposo. A Celia le gustaba jugar a la lotería, a los rascaditos, a su Michelada y a sus plantas. Era una madre y abuela maravillosa y trabajadora, y disfrutaba de su tiempo con su familia y amigos. Su presencia y hermosa sonrisa serán extrañadas por aquellos que la amaban mucho.

Los que quedan para atesorar sus recuerdos son sus hijos, Miguel Camargo y su esposa Anna María de Chicago, Pilar Camargo de Hereford, José Juan Camargo de México, Anthony Camargo y su novia Kassandra de Chicago, y Linda Moreno de Hereford; 12 nietos y 1 bisnieto y varios amigos maravillosos.

Celia se unirá a sus padres, a su primer esposo, Miguel Camargo, a su segundo esposo, Fernando Moreno, y a sus 2 hermanas, Natalia y Cruz en el cielo.

Celia Moreno Torres, 67, of Hereford, Texas, passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024, in Hereford, Texas, surrounded by her loving family. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 2:00 PM at San Jose Catholic Church with Celebrant Ramon Molina officiating. Burial to follow at West Park Cemetery. Arrangements and services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas. Viewing will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, from 2:00-8:00 PM, with rosary at 6:00 PM at the funeral home.

Celia was born on January 21, 1957, in Mexico, to Jose Torres and Maria de Jesus (Pezano).  Celia has been a resident of Hereford, Texas, since 1994. She was a homemaker and took much pride in raising her children and caring for her husband. Celia enjoyed playing the lottery, scratch offs, her Michelada and her plants. She was a wonderful, hard-working mother and grandmother, and enjoyed her time with family and friends. Her presence and beautiful smile will be missed by those who loved her dearly.

Those left to cherish her memories are her children, Miguel Camargo and his wife Anna Maria of Chicago, Pilar Camargo of Hereford, Jose Juan Camargo of Mexico, Anthony Camargo and his girlfriend Kassandra of Chicago, and Linda Moreno of Hereford; 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and several wonderful friends.

Celia will be joining her parents, her first husband, Miguel Camargo, her 2nd husband, Fernando Moreno, and her 2 sisters, Natalia and Cruz in heaven.
