Cedric "Ciro"  Garcia, 53 years old, passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 2, 2025, in Hereford, Texas. Celebration of Life Memorial Services will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Iglesia Bautista Fundamental located at 700 Avenue K, Hereford, Texas, with Pastor Ernest Rodriguez officiating. Cremation services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas.

Cedric was born on May 7, 1971, to Raymond Garcia and Julia Robles. Cedric worked for Caviness Beef Packers and worked in the irrigation industry. Cedric loved his family, especially his children. Cedric had turned his life around and had a strong faith in the Lord. He enjoyed reading scriptures from the bible and often recited them to his mom. He was a loving, caring and supportive father, son, brother and friend. He tried to help others who have been where he once was in life. Cedric's presence and smile will be missed by those who loved him dearly.

Those left to cherish his memories are his children, Ethan Garcia, Aubrey Garcia, Zachary Ramos and Trinity Ramos all of Clovis, New Mexico; the mother of his children is Sue Haye Ramos also of Clovis, New Mexico; his parents, Raymond Garcia of California and Julia Robles of College City, California; his siblings, Raymond Garcia, Jr. of Wharton, Texas, Rudy Garcia and Savas Garcia both of Porterville, California, and David Garcia of Visalia, California; 18 nieces and nephews and 9 great nieces and nephews.

Cedric is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Guadalupe and Jesus Garcia, his maternal grandparents, Justo Vigil Robles and Esperanza Ogas.
