Camila Aguilar, known to her loving family as "Camilito" went to be in the hands of the Lord unexpectedly, on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at the age of 9 years old. Camila and her two sisters, Angela and Anahi, are all rejoicing in the Lord's presence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at the San Jose Catholic Church at 10:00 A.M. with Monsignor Arturo Meza officiating with burial to follow at West Park Cemetery. A Family and Friend visitation will be held from 2:00-8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, with a Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. The Aguilar family has entrusted Funeral Services to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford.

Camila, the baby of the family was born on January 31, 2015, in Hereford to Martin and Irene (Casillas) Aguilar. Camila was looking forward to being in the fourth grade this year and was already modeling all her new school clothes for the family. Camila liked school and enjoyed learning even when it was hard, her favorite teacher was Ms. McClure. Camila wanted to be just like her big sisters, following in their footsteps she had a love for Legos, cowboy boots, belt buckles, and the Dallas Cowboys just like them. She had big dreams of being a cheerleader and starting gymnastics. Camila loved the water and swimming, making beaded bracelets, and hanging out with her friend Aubrill. Camila enjoyed the time spent with her mom diamond painting.

Camila was the family Diva, sassy, and independent, and didn't like being told what to do. She was a daddy's girl and loved her mom telling her every night, "I love you Mom" and when dad was away at night working Camila would sleep with mom so she wouldn't be alone. She loved her family wholeheartedly and unconditionally. Camila along with her sisters Angela and Anahi enjoyed saddling up and riding their horse Banana and they were looking forward to their family trip to Disney World in Florida this December.

Those left to cherish and carry on Camila's memories and spirit are parents; Martin and Irene Aguilar; sister Xandra Aguilar; nephew Kadrian Grayson Martinez; paternal grandparents, Martin Aguilar Sr. and Maria Elena Aguilar; and maternal grandparents Francisco Javier Casillas and Maria Amparo Casillas all of Hereford, Texas; aunts and uncles, Adrianna and Manuel Delval of Hereford, Texas, Claudia and Iriel Sosa of Hereford, Texas, Viviana and Nova Zepeda of New Mexico, Florencia Aguilar of Hereford, Texas, Elizabeth and Freddy Flores of Canyon, Texas, and Francisco Jr. and Yvette Casillas of Amarillo, Texas; numerous loving cousins and friends, and her adored dog Latte.

Camila has joined her sisters Angela and Anahi, uncle Jose Santos Aguilar in heaven.

Camila Aguilar, conocida por su amorosa familia como "Camilito" pasó a estar en las manos del Señor de manera inesperada, el sábado 3 de agosto de 2024, a la edad de 9 años. Camila y sus dos hermanas, Ángela y Anahí, se regocijan en la presencia del Señor. El miércoles 7 de agosto de 2024 se llevará a cabo una Misa de Entierro Cristiano en la Iglesia Católica de San José a las 10:00 a.m. con Monseñor Arturo Meza oficiando el entierro en el Cementerio West Park. El martes 6 de agosto de 2024 se llevará a cabo un velorio de familiares y amigos de 2:00 p.m. a 8:00 p.m., con un rosario rezado a las 7:00 p.m. en la funeraria. La familia Aguilar ha confiado los servicios funerarios a la funeraria Méndez y Mullins Family de Hereford.

Camila, la bebé de la familia, nació el 31 de enero de 2015 en Hereford, hija de Martín e Irene (Casillas) Aguilar. Camila estaba ansiosa por estar en cuarto grado este año y ya estaba modelando toda su ropa nueva de la escuela para la familia. A Camila le gustaba la escuela y disfrutaba aprendiendo incluso cuando era difícil, su maestra favorita era la Sra. McClure. Camila quería ser como sus hermanas mayores, siguiendo sus pasos le encantaban los Legos, las botas vaqueras, las hebillas de los cinturones y los Dallas Cowboys como ellas. Tenía grandes sueños de ser porrista y comenzar a practicar gimnasia. A Camila le encantaba el agua y nadar, hacer pulseras de cuentas y salir con su amiga Aubrill. Camila disfrutó del tiempo que pasó con su mamá pintando diamantes.

Camila era la diva de la familia, atrevida e independiente, y no le gustaba que le dijeran lo que tenía que hacer. Era una niña de papá y amaba a su mamá diciéndole todas las noches: "Te amo mamá" y cuando papá estaba fuera por la noche trabajando, Camila se acostaba con mamá para no estar sola. Amaba a su familia de todo corazón e incondicionalmente. Camila, junto con sus hermanas Ángela y Anahí, disfrutaron ensillando y montando su caballo Banana y esperaban con ansias su viaje familiar a Disney World en Florida este diciembre.
