Brad Johnson, 68, of Hereford passed away Monday, October 22, 2018 in Hereford. Graveside Memorial Services will be Thursday at 2:00 PM at West Park Cemetery with family to officiate. Arrangements and cremation services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford.

Brad was born February 7, 1950 in Hereford to Edward and Margaret (Pollock) Johnson. Brad graduated from Hereford High School. He married the love of his life and Jr. High sweetheart, Mary Stoy, in 1969. Brad and Mary have been residents of Hereford since 2002. He formerly owned and operated Johnson Seed Company in Vega, Texas and presently owned and operated SBJ Trucking in Hereford. Brad enjoyed golfing, motorcycles, Las Vegas and gambling, but above all these hobbies his greatest joy was his family. Brad was a man with the "Biggest Heart" and a man of his honor and held strongly to his word and expected that of others; Matthew 5:37.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife Mary "Moot" Johnson of Hereford; a son Cory Johnson and his wife Haley of Amarillo and a daughter Stephanie Turner and her husband Jay of San Francisco; six grandchildren, Barrett, Kennedy and Brooks Johnson, Ella Shumaker and Spencer and Matthew Turner.
