Arturo "Arturito" Arroyo, 33, of Hereford, Texas passed away on Monday, October 4, 2021, in Amarillo, Texas. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, October 7, 2021, at 10:00 AM at San Jose Catholic Church with Celebrant Ramon Molina officiating. Burial to follow at West Park Cemetery. Arrangements and services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas. Family and friend condolences will be Wednesday, October 6, 2021, from 4:00-8:00 PM with rosary at 6:00 PM at the funeral home.

Arturo was born December 5, 1987, in Mexico to Jose de Jesus Arroyo and Ma Magdalena (Ramirez) Arroyo. Arturo has been a resident of Hereford for thirteen years. He married the love of his life, Maria Paulina Jimenez Ruiz on December 7, 2015, in Hereford, Texas. Arturo worked for CJM Farms for approximately 7 years. He loved his job and his co-workers. He enjoyed eating, especially his mother-in law's Mexican Mole, spending time with his family and his friends, he loved to help people when he could, he enjoyed joking around with his mother-in-law and his mother. He was known for squeezing your hand and never wanting to let go and he always enjoyed visiting with his neighbors. His sister-in-law, he loved like his own daughter, he loved children, but most of all he missed his son, whom he now is in heaven with.

Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Maria Paulina Jimenez Ruiz of Hereford, Texas; his mother, Ma Magdalena Ramirez Jurado of Mexico; 2 brothers, Jose de Jesus Arroyo and his wife Jessica Rosas and Juan Ramirez Ramirez and his wife Jimena Lanuza all of Mexico; his maternal grandmother, Maria Jurado of Mexico and his paternal grandmother, Petra Garcia of Hereford, Texas; his in-laws, Elena Ruiz and Jose Elias Jimenez both of Hereford, Texas; his sister-in-law, Lupita Jimenez and brother-in-law Juan Jimenez both of Hereford, Texas, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Arturo is joining his father, Jose de Jesus Arroyo, his son, Arturo Jesus Arroyo Jimenez, his maternal grandfather, Guadalupe Ramirez Jimenez and his paternal grandfather, Jesus Arroyo in heaven.
