Andres Del Toro Jr., 64 years old, of Hereford, TX passed on September 22, 2020 in Amarillo, Texas.  Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at 10:30 AM at Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home Chapel, burial to follow at West Park Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home. Viewing will be Monday, October 5, 2020 from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Andres was born on December 07, 1955 in Uvalde, Texas, to Enriqueta Del Toro and the late Rev. Andres Del Toro Sr; all long-term residents of Hereford, TX.  He was one of eleven children. Andres was known as "JR" to many and was the business owner of Del Toro Trucks. Andres married Juanita B. Del Toro on February 21, 1973.  Together they raised a loving family in Hereford, TX.  Their four children include Cynthia Del Toro of Dallas, TX, Angelina Del Toro of Amarillo, TX, Dr. Andrew Del Toro, MD, of Dallas, TX, and Annabelle Robles of San Diego, CA.  He is survived by 8 loving grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Andres loved his family dearly but particularly adored his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  He will be remembered as a good provider, charitable benefactor, and hard-working individual. He will be deeply missed by his loving family, friends, and business acquaintances. Flowers and condolences may be offered at 105 Greenwood Street.
