También le sobreviven dos nietos, Stefan Ilic Arias de Nueva York y Diego Andrés Vieyra Arias de México, así como siete nietos políticos.

Andrés apreciaba a sus sobrinos y sobrinas, tanto localmente como en México, Edson Ramírez, Fernanda Sánchez Martha Gutiérrez, Kiabeth Barrera, Luis Arias, Daniel Arias, Lori Arias, Martha Sánchez, Emilio DeLaCruz y Aiden Arias, así como sus sobrinos y sobrinas nietas, Ava Ramírez, Ivy Ramírez, Italia Ramírez, Henry Sánchez, Valentino Sánchez, Iris Sánchez, Xicaru Sánchez, Kehlani De La Cruz, Teddy Arias. A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 2:00 PM at San Jose Catholic Church, with Celebrant Shane Wieck officiating. Arrangements and cremation services are entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home. Viewing will be held on Monday, April 20, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with a rosary at 6:00 PM at the funeral home.

Born on February 17, 1968, in Leoń Guanajuato, Mexico, Andres was the son of Raul AriasVillalobos and Martha DeLaCruz. He made Hereford his home for the past 21 years. On March 31, 2025, Andres married Lorenza "Lori" Cantu, and together they built a wonderful life. He was known for collecting small figurines—from cars to dinosaurs—and enjoyed welding and plumbing. As a Jack-of-All-Trades, Andres always lent a helping hand, especially to his family, motivated by his belief in doing everything "for the name of Love." He was family-oriented, outgoing, social, whimsical, and entertaining. Known for his bright spirit and positive attitude, Pelu brought sunshine wherever he went. His smile and big heart will be missed by all who loved him.

Andres leaves behind his beloved wife, Lori DeLaCruz of Hereford; his mother, Martha DeLaCruz of Mexico; his children, Andrea Arias Escobar and her husband Marco Ilic of New York, and Valeria Arias Escobar of Mexico; stepchildren, Sara Isabel Ventura and Placido Alfredo Lozano, both of Mexico, Anthony Lopez of Lubbock, and Esteban Lopez of Arizona. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Stefan Ilic Arias of New York and Diego Andres Vieyra Arias of Mexico, and seven step-grandchildren.

His siblings include Gustavo Arias DeLaCruz and his wife Maricela Martinez Escobel of Mexico, Ernesto Arias DeLaCruz and his wife Maricela Arias Munoz of Hereford, Martha Isabel Arias DeLaCruz of Mexico, Rosa Maria Gutierrez and her husband Jesus of Hereford, Celso Raul DeLaCruz of Mexico, and Laura Imelda Arias DeLaCruz and her husband Moses Castaneda of Mexico. Andres cherished his nieces and nephews, both locally and in Mexico, Edson Ramirez, Fernanda Sánchez Martha Gutiérrez, Kiabeth Barrera, Luis Arias, Daniel Arias, Lori Arias, Martha Sánchez, Emilio DeLaCruz and Aiden Arias as well as his great nieces and nephews, Ava Ramirez, Ivy Ramirez, Italia Ramirez, Henry Sanchez, Valentino Sanchez, Iris Sanchez, Xicaru Sánchez, Kehlani De La Cruz, Teddy Arias. He is remembered by his best friend, "El Peruano" of Hereford, and his sister-in-law Ana Cantu of Lubbock, Texas.

Andres is preceded in death by his dad, Raul Arias Villalobos and his brother, Victor Daniel Arias DeLaCruz.
