Anatolio Limon Chavez, 75, of Hereford Texas passed away on Monday, October 4, 2021, in Lubbock, Texas. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, October 8, 2021 at 10:00 A.M at San Jose Catholic Church with Celebrant Nestor Lara Officiating. Burial to follow at West Park Cemetery. Arrangements and Services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 4:00 P.M-8:00 P.M with rosary being recited at 6:00 P.M.

Anatolio was born March 16, 1946 in Chihuahua, Mexico. Anatolio was a great and very likeable hard working man being employed with Merrick for the last 21 years, he loved music, especially Vicente Fernandez, and enjoyed sitting on his porch after work, and most importantly he loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Those left to cherish his memories are his daughter, Jovonna Cerda and husband Ray Lopez; grandchildren, Ray Anatolio Lopez and Yareli Zay Lopez; stepchildren, Vaneesa Cerda, Valerie Cerda, Joel Cerda; Siblings, Nemecio Limon, Alonso Limon, Tacho Limon and Concha Limon.

Anatolio is preceded in death by his mother Guadalupe Chavez and a sister Augustina Limon.
