Ana Delia Anima, 46, of Hereford, Texas, passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021, in Amarillo, Texas. Funeral services will be Monday, November 8, 2021, at 2:00 PM at the Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home Chapel with Dennis Latham officiating. Burial to follow at West Park Cemetery. Arrangements and services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas.

Ana was born February 25, 1975, in Durango, Mexico to Ignacio and Manuela (Reyes) Martinez. She married the love of her life, Santiago "Jimmy" Anima on June 20, 1998, in Durango, Mexico. Ana was a homemaker and took great pride in caring for her husband and raising her children. She was her son's caregiver and was always researching and wanting to become more familiar with his autism. Ana loved to cook, especially gorditas, tamales and bruñelos at Christmas time. She would cook Mexican cuisine for Bluebonnet Elementary, the school her son attended, for the Cinco de Mayo celebration. Ana was always ready to help anyone in need and loved to joke and make those around her laugh and be happy. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, sister-in-law, and friend who will be dearly missed by many.

Those left to cherish her memories are her husband, Santiago "Jimmy" Anima of Hereford, Texas; her children, Santiago and Sara Anima both of Hereford, Texas; her mother, Manuela Martinez of Ft. Morgan, CO., her siblings, Hilda Martinez of Ft. Morgan, CO., Mario Martinez and his wife Isabel of Brush, CO., Epren Martinez, Jose Martinez and his wife Sylvia, Mercedes Alvarez and her husband Raul and Gerardo Martinez and his wife Dalia all of Ft. Morgan, CO., and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Ana is joining her father, Ignacio Martinez in heaven.
