Adolfo P. Rocha, Sr. 83, of Hereford passed away Monday, June 22, 2020 in Hereford. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, June 25, 2020 at 10:00 AM at San Jose Catholic Church with Celebrant Ramon Molina, burial to follow at St. Anthony's Cemetery. Arrangements and services have been entrusted to Mendez and Mullins Family Funeral Home of Hereford, Texas. Viewing will begin Wednesday from 10:00 AM-8:00 PM with rosary at 6:00 PM at the funeral home. Due to the pandemic the church will require everyone in attendance to wear a mask provided by you.

Adolfo was born March 8, 1937 in San Antonio, Texas to Pedro and Carmen (Perales) Rocha. Adolfo has been a resident of Hereford for 60 years. He married Anita in April of 1956 in San Antonio, Texas. Adolfo was a self-employed truck driver for many years and later was employed by Circle 3 Feed Yard as a loader operator for 20 years. He was a member of San Jose Catholic Church of Hereford. Adolfo enjoyed playing his guitar and singing, but he genuinely loved spending time with his family, especially his older son. He absolutely loved his grandchildren and they loved him.

Those left to cherish his memories are his children Roger Rocha and his wife Mary, Gracie Zepeda and her husband Ralph, Lupe Rocha and Rocky Rocha and his wife Rosalinda all of Hereford and Veronica Martinez and her husband Harvey of Amarillo; daughter in-law Alicia Rocha of Hereford; three sisters Olivia Guerrero, Josephina Ramirez and Manuela Perales and her husband Juan all of San Antonio and a brother Joe Lewis Rocha of San Antonio; 17 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and a great-great granddaughter.

Adolfo is preceded in death by his parents, his wife Anita Rocha, two sons Adolfo, Jr. and Abel Rocha, a daughter Gloria Cantu, a great grandson Elias Guzman, a brother Pedro Rocha and six sisters Matilda Flores, Petra Reyes, Julia Ramirez, Francisca Herrera, Flora Briones and Felipa Ferdin.
